    This is our story:

    How DAS INSURE was born.

Babette Bottin, founder of DAS INSURE., saw a gap in strategic advice for small to medium sized companies that were in growth mode and needed a fast yet competent, practical and cost efficient solution for their credit management.
Babette is an international expert for Trade Credit solutions with sales and underwriting experience including CEO level. She is passionate about the benefit the right cover can bring - especially to companies that are entering new markets and are exporting their goods and services. Combining her experience, customer focus and drive with a new challenge led to the foundation of DAS INSURE..

Originally more of a niche product in Australia, Trade Credit Insurance has been experiencing a growing demand subsequent to the negative repercussions of the GFC and more recently the economic slowdown in mining, leading to many unexpected insolvencies across all industry sectors and company sizes. The construction and retail trade industry have been hit hard. Small to medium sized companies, suppliers of larger companies have been effected often through no fault of their own (Domino effect).

    Our Story

    Our name DAS INSURE.

stands for the essence of Commercial Trade Credit Insurance also known as Accounts Receivable/ Bad Debt Protection:
Covering your invoices to buyers Domestic and Abroad and Securing your Solvency – the life blood of your company. We recently added Cyber Risk Protection, as we see this as another special risk that can endanger the solvency of your company.

    Our Mission.

‘We are here to create certainty for our clients’ growth and as around 80% of transactions are Trade Credit enabled, we are not wasting their time’.
    - Babette Bottin – Founder and Managing Director (linkedin).

As a specialised and independent broker we are representing YOU and are not acting as an agent of an insurer. We are privately owned and are passionate about insurance so you don’t have to be. We will go the extra mile for you – especially if you are an entrepreneur, an SME or a challenger of a large competitor, we know it can be tough to be ‘the underdog’.
We strive for continuously building a trustful, long-term relationship. Ongoing prove of our value to you as we work together through the ups (more buyer cover needed) and downs (limit reductions and cancellations from the insurer) of an economic cycle, and - in the event of a buyer default -, to get your claim paid - fast and efficient.
